What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments to process transactions, ensuring a secure and smooth checkout experience. We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets.

1. ONLINE PAYMENTS (Via Website)

2. PHONE ORDERS

Prefer to speak to a human? We can take your order and payment over the phone.
• We enter your details directly into our secure virtual terminal.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Amex over the phone.
• You receive an immediate email confirmation while on the line.

3. PAYMENT LINKS (Pay Later / Pay Mobile)

Can't pay right now? Or perhaps you are ordering on behalf of someone else who holds the card?
We can send a Secure Payment Link via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

How it works:

  1. We create a "Draft Order" for you.

  2. We send you a secure link.

  3. You click the link to review the order and pay online at your convenience.

  4. Once paid, the order is automatically processed for dispatch.

Perfect if you need to forward the bill to a partner or landlord.

No Storage: We NEVER store your full card details on our systems.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

Card Declined?
Common reasons include:
Billing Address Mismatch: Ensure the billing address matches where your card is registered (especially the postcode).
Bank Security: Banks sometimes block unexpected transactions. You may need to approve it in your banking app.
Daily Limit: You may have reached your daily spending limit.

Payment Link Stuck?
Occasionally, a payment link may show an error even if the payment went through.

  • What to do: Check your banking app first. If the money has left your account, do not try again. Contact us, and we will verify the order status on our end.

VAT & Currency

Currency: All prices are in British Pounds (£ GBP).
VAT: All displayed prices include VAT at 20%.
Receipts: You will receive a VAT breakdown on your order confirmation email.

Refunds

If you return an item or cancel an order:
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only (for fraud prevention).
• Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

If you are a regular trade customer or business:
• We can discuss trade account terms (subject to approval).
• We can offer Pro-Forma invoices for bank transfer payments.
